Positive Life Changes acquired through equine assisted psychotherapy and learning will impact your life far beyond the time spent with your therapy team* at Country Heart Farm. As trauma informed/trauma focused providers; we are trained in and believe in multiple modalities of equine assisted therapy and learning. Country Heart Farm offers strong evidence based programs with robust higher than national average outcomes.
* Our therapeutic team consists of a certified mental health professional/licensed healthcare professional, one or more horses, and an equine specialist - all working together with you, for you... in a safe non-judgmental zone.
